Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, Patricia, formerly of Avalon Care Centre, in her 84th year, beloved wife of the late Blair Laing. Patricia came to Canada from England as a war bride with her husband, Blair, in 1946. Loving mother of Kathy and her husband John Novak of Kitchener; Greg and his wife Janet of Orangeville. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Tina, Andrew, David, Stephen, Jenelle, John and Shelly. Dear sister of Joan Eastland of London, England. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) Wednesday evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday morning, December 24 at 11 o’clock with visitation one hour prior to service. Followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Brampton & Caledon Chapter, 106 – 40 Finchgate Blvd., Brampton L6T 3J1.
