Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital, on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, Patricia Jean Baker, at the age of 72 years, beloved wife of the late George Baker. Loving mother of Derek, Chris and Marsha, Scott and Melissa. Cherished grandmother of George, Samantha, Lucas, Sydney, Owen and Emma.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Monday evening from 7 – 9 o’clock.
Private family interment service will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Red Cross, 557 Dixon Road, Toronto M9W 6K1.

I was unaware Pat passed. Pat was a generous supportive lady. She was a great support to me and my children years ago. Pat got me my first job in healthcare with ONS. She dedicated herself to helping others. My heart is heavy. My condolences to Derek, Chris , Scott and family.
