At Bradford Valley Nursing Home, Bradford on Saturday, August 3, 2013, Parkash Kaur Bhatia, formerly of Brampton, in her 95th year, beloved wife of the late Sujan Singh Bhatia. Loving mother of the late Mohinder Singh and Anoop Singh. Dear mother-in-law of Maura Bhatia. Cherished grandmother of Ron (deceased) and his wife Nadia Bhatia, Nicole and her husband Brent Fellman. Loving great-grandmother of Blake, Brennan and Moe Fellman; Veronica Bhatia. Fondly remembered by many relatives in India.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Thursday evening 7-9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in Assumption Cemetery Crematorium Chapel, 6933 Tomken Road (at the corner of Tomken Road and Dixie Road), Mississauga on Friday morning, August 9 at 11 o’clock (leaving funeral home at 10 a.m.). Sad to hear this news. I only met Mrs. Bhatia for a short time but knew she was a wonderful personour condolences go out to the whole family.

I remember Mrs. Bhatia from when I would visit my Mom at King. She was such a pleasant, beautiful person who always had a smile for me. My heart is with you in this time of sorrow.

So sorry to hear of the passing of the lady we always called Grandma in Canada. A beautiful smiling lady who always cooked her specials in her kitchen for us. She was such an inspiration to all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
