Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, in his 58th year. Dear son of the late Meryl and Viola McWhinnie. Dear brother of Darlene ( Mike McCormick), Roy, Barbara, Lorne (Elizabeth), Arthur (Lyne). Step-brother of Lee Stanet. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends. A special thank you to the staff of Headwaters Health Care Centre for the care and compassion given to Owen. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Saturday, July 31 from 12 o’clock until time of the memorial service in the chapel at one o’clock.
