Condolence from Brian and Kate Stokes on June 30th, 2015 2:03 pm

Lois & Cliff, Linda, Tim & Kristie, Tammy & Rob. Our deepest sympathies to you and your families in the loss of your father. Ivan and Shirley have been and will always be known to the O’Reilley’s Lane, as wonderful and dear neighbours. They would always welcome you to join them under the canopy during the summer or in the heated garage in the winter. Ivan was always there to help any one of us with our cars, ski-doos or household problems. Shirley loved her flowers and plants and had no hesitation to share them with her neighbours. But, they are together now.

Our warm embrace surrounds all of your during this very sad time and please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this very sad time. We miss both of them.

Our deepest condolences to the McKechine clan. Words cannot express our sorrow in learning that Ivan has passed away. Our family have very fond memories of both Ivan and Shirley with their welcoming smile and friendly personality, they have always welcome the kids over to feed the rabbits, or for a chat.

Ivan and Shirley will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

To Ivan’s family,

I was saddened to hear of Ivan’s passing. Even though it’s been a few years since he moved away from the laneway, I remember him well and always with a smile for his quiet and welcoming friendliness. I know your memories keep him near and dear in your thoughts and he is at peace with Shirley now.

With deepest sympathy,
Lisa Phillips
