Passed away with his family by his side, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Sunday, August 9, 2009, Norval Edgar Courtney, Schomberg,  in his 88^th year, beloved husband of the late Verna Wallace (June 2008).  Forever “Dad” of Betty and Wilfred Robinson, Bill and Karen Courtney, Andy and Sonya Courtney, Bonnie and Mike O’Hara.  Dear Grandpa of Sue and Chris Charette, Ben and Greet Umpleby; April, Carrie, Ken and Kyle Courtney; Jenna and Scott Kippen; Shawn and Ryan Courtney.  Great-Grandpa of Ben and Kaitlin Charette.  Dear brother of Greta and Arthur Leonard (both deceased), Melville (deceased) and Doris Courtney.  Dear brother-in-law of Keith and Doreen (deceased) Wallace, Cyril and Ruth Wallace, Bob and Helen (deceased) Wallace, Verda Wallace, Harvey (deceased) and Sally Wallace, Doreen and Stu MacCulloch (both deceased), Isabel and Allan Bracken and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.  The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S.
