Nicholas (Nick) Timoshenko, beloved husband of Rosemarie passed away peacefully at Woodhall Park Retirement Village, Brampton, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the age of 94. Nick leaves behind children Paul (Valerie), Janice, Robert, Eric (Michelle), Gary (Elise, deceased), Karen (Rick).

He was the dear brother of Richard (deceased), Fred (deceased) and wife Greta; cherished grandfather of Gary, Derrick, Melissa, Shelley, Nicole, Lisa, Gregory, Alex, Nicholas and Robyn, and proud great-grandfather of Blair, Aria, Bridget and Eleanor.

Married 68 years, Nick and Ro were original residents of the Wildfield community. Nick worked as an aeronautical engineer for Avro, De Havilland and Bombardier until retirement at age 59. He and Ro then moved to Bolton. During many years on the St. Patrick’s Cemetery Board Nick plotted burial placements. He was an accomplished artist, and enjoyed singing with The Caledon Singers, and was a UFO enthusiast.

Nick is remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the deep love he shared with those close to him. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of kindness and strength will live on in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is now in the embrace of his benevolent maker, and we find comfort knowing he is at peace.

Nick will be greatly missed, but his memory will remain a cherished presence in our lives forever.

Honouring Nick’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Condolences for the family may be offered at www.EganFuneralHome.com
