At Headwaters Health Care Centre, Shelburne, on Thursday, July 12, 2007, as a result of a massive stroke on June 8th, Mary Violet Durzi, at the age of 48 years, loving mother of “her girls” Jessica and Allison.  Cherished daughter of Larry Connelly and the late Eleanor Connelly and her birth mother the late Violet Connelly.  Dearly missed by her sisters Nancy, Kelly and Tracey, nieces, nephews and ex-husband Hank.  Fondly remembered by her cousins and close friends.  Despite her failing health, Mary remained a kind, gentle and caring soul with an easy laugh and fun sense of humour.   Mary loved to collect angels.  She is now our angel, safe in the loving arms of the Lord, watching over her family.  A heartfelt thanks to Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville Site and Shelburne Site, who provided exemplary care to Mary. 

The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Monday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o’clock.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, July 17 at 2 o’clock.  Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.  Condolences for the family may be offered at www.eganfuneralhome.com
