Suddenly at home on Friday, June 18, 2010, Mary Raftis, in her 85th year, beloved wife of the late Edward Patrick Raftis of Wildfield. Cherished mother of Charles, Leo, Ambrose, Frances, Paul, Christine, Catherine, Joan, Eileen, Peter and predeceased by Patricia, Maryanne and Elizabeth. Fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Tuesday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 11873 The Gore Road, Brampton (Wildfield) on Wednesday morning, June 23 at 9:30 o’clock. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Mississauga. Parish prayers will be held Tuesday evening at 7:30 o’clock. If desired, memorial donations may be made to The Davis Centre, 80 Allan Drive, Bolton L7E 1P7 or Caledon Community Services – Transportation Services, 18 King Street E., Bolton L7E 1E8 (www.ccs4u.org).
