Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital, on Saturday, November 29, 2014, Mary Elizabeth Lindsay, in her 82nd year, beloved wife of the late E. Thomas Carberry, Caledon. Loving mother of Jane and Fred, Deborah, Richard and Carolynn, Donna and Ann. Proud grandmother of James and Ian; Kyle and Geoffrey; Grant, Ben and Greg. Dear sister of Barbara Lindsay and predeceased by Ruth, Donald and Doris, Bruce and Marion, Robert and Helen, Jean and Douglas. Dear sister-in-law of Beverly (deceased) and Mary, Lois and Clare (deceased), Edith and Al.

The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Wednesday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday morning, December 4 at 11 o’clock. Interment Providence Cemetery, Caledon East.

I just heard about your mom to-day & am very sorry. Mary’s smile & homemade muffins were the best you could find anyplace.I remember going to a Tupperware party & the person that had the most kids got a prize & as it turned out there were four of us all with five much to the surprise of quite a few so for a few minutes it was quite the conversation piece.

of Mary. We were just informed while on Egan’s website. Mary was a lovely person and all of his at Babalou’s looked forward to seeing Mary and Tom come into our restaurant on their weekly visit together.
