Peacefully, at Bethell Hospice, Inglewood, on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Mary Ann Ovas of Toronto, at 88 years of age.  Cherished daughter of the late Milan and Mary Ovas.  Beloved sister of Miro and his wife June (deceased) Ovas, Toronto.  Dear aunt of Richard Ovas and Sherlyn Godsoe, Caledon East; Greg Ovas and Nilly Yildiz, Brampton; Mike and Cheryl Ovas, Mississauga; John and Ilona Ovas, Mississauga.  Fondly remembered by great nieces and nephews Kelsie Godsoe, Brent Godsoe, Alex Ovas, Ryan Ovas, and Sean Ovas.

A graveside service will be held at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, 1570 Royal York Road, Etobicoke on Wednesday, November 29 at 12 o’clock. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 75, Inglewood L7C 3L6.

To the Ovas family, we are all so sorry to hear of dear “Aunt Mary’s” passing. Sherilyn you were such a comfort to Mary during her last months. Your tireless time and constant care for Mary, who all her life took care of others, gave her the dignity she deserved. We are going to miss your fond stories of her at the branch.
