Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, Marion A. Currie, formerly of Inglewood, beloved wife and best friend for 66 years of Ollie Currie. Loving mother of Brian and his wife Kathy, Cathy and her husband Don Whyte, Dave and his wife Joanne. Cherished grandmother of Jim and Ashley Currie, Kristy Currie, Jeremy and Colleen Currie, Chris Whyte, Sandy and John McGlynn, Sarah and Michael Harris, Jessica and Matt Stevens, Megan and Aaron Ruetz and great-grandmother of Hailee, Brayden, Duke, Rory, Kalina, Oliver, Murphy, Elliana, and Paisley. Survived by her brothers and sisters Russ Nixon, Ken Nixon, Elaine Boyes, Joyce Smith and Grace Tribble.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Monday evening 7 – 9 o’clock, Tuesday morning, January 15 from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.
Spring interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Norval.
