Simon your dad was awesome. I always enjoyed spending time with him. I was so happy the day the three of us made sausage. I am sure you enjoy looking back at the video we made during your dad’s tutoring. I know Tina enjoyed the day the four of us made sausage. I always think of your dad when I make his figs with goat cheese and prosciutto fresh cracked pepper all drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar. I know your whole family will celebrate warm, wonderful memories when you prepare his dishes. I am so grateful to you dad for sharing a part of his culture and teaching me a culinary skill.
