Peacefully passed, surrounded by her loving family, at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, on Sunday, September 6, 2026, Maria Pueblito Martinez, at the age of 79 years, beloved wife of Jose Carmen Martinez.  Loving mother of Gaspar Martinez, Baltazar Martinez, Matilde Martinez, Carmen Martinez, Maria Leticia Martinez (Romauldo Franco), Evangelina Martinez (Ron Sant), Noemi Martinez (Mario Reyes), Maria Eufemia Martinez (Kaeis A.), Humberto Martinez (Lourdes Martinez), Marisela Martinez (Jose Jaime).  Proud grandchildren Jose Santiago, Jorge, and Elizabeth; Miguel, Jiliberto, Viviana, and Eduardo;  Juana, Adan, German, Rocio, and Anajelly; Abel, and Nancy; Miguel S, Aaron S, and Andres S.; Jessica R, and Mariana R; Maya A , Ilyas A, Safiya A.; Leah, and Thiago; Alex, Angel, and Jayden. Cherished great-grandmother of 13 great-grandchildren. 

The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Thursday evening from 5 – 8 o’clock.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, September 11 at 11 o’clock.  Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
