Condolence from Alice & Barry Kant on November 15th, 2014 11:06 am

Lenore, Douglas and families, we are saddened to hear of Margaret’s passing. She was such a nice lady and periodic companion to my Mom, Toots Nicol. I first remember Margaret, when I, as a 8-9 year old on the farm helped (driving a tractor on wagon loads mainly) with the 10th Line of Albion farmers cooperative group (John Hesp, Harold Fuller, Gilbert Fuller and Fred Kant) during harvesting. In her 90th year, she had a good long life. Cherish the memories and the good times.

Condolence from Charmaine (Cole) Morrison on November 15th, 2014 1:38 pm

My Mother, Pearlie (Fuller) Cole would frequently tell me that she and her siblings were double cousins with Margaret and her siblings because “2 sisters married 2 brothers. She was very proud of that legacy. I had the pleasure of visiting with Margaret in September and she was still very sharp, energetic and quick witted. She was a great little lady and she will be missed. Rest in peace Margaret.

Condolence from June & daughter Tracey Fuller on November 15th, 2014 2:21 pm

Wilfred Fuller (Pearlie’s brother) was another double cousin of Margaret’s and she was a neighbour of ours as well on the 12th Line of King. So, she was definitely a part of our world. Recently June & Margaret reunited at the Kingsmere in Alliston. We are so sad to have to say good bye to her. We were hoping to have many visits at the retirement home. She was a smart, loveable lady and will be missed.

Condolence from Lois Robinson on November 17th, 2014 7:41 pm

Lenore & Doug
Aunt Margaret was a beautiful, strong woman with an amazing sense of humour, a trait I believe is in the Fuller genes.
I loved her and I admired her through my growing up years . Dad told me stories of rescuing her when she got in trouble with Grandma. It involved a moving tractor and wagon and a strong arm up so she could escape.
Jim and I are sorry we are away at this time but our thoughts are with you.
Love Lois and Jim

Condolence from Doug Smith on March 4th, 2016 8:36 am

Hi Lenore and Doug — I realize this is a long time after your Mom’s passing, but I only learned of it at a recent Museum conference. Very sorry to hear the news. I worked with your Mom for a couple of years at Black Creek, and it was a great experience. Your Mom was a very patient and understanding lady, and a hard worker. She was a great example, though I didn’t fully appreciate it at the time. My sincere condolences on your loss — I’m sure you miss her. Hope all is well with all of you, and all the best. Sincerely, Doug Smith
