Passed away peacefully at Simcoe Manor, Beeton on Sunday, April 11, 2021, Margaret Walton (nee Wood), life long resident of Palgrave, at the age of 95 years, beloved wife of the late Morley Walton. Dear mother of Karen and Garry Gostlin, Lois Barton and Jerry Linfield, Brenda and Norman Varrall, Gwen and Robert Montroy. Loving grandmother of Gregory & Kyle Gostlin (deceased), Andrea Barton, Scott, Shawn, Mark and Meaghan Varrall, Colin and Amanda Montroy. She is survived by eight great grandchildren. Dear sister of Art Wood (deceased), Dorothy Varey (deceased), Eileen Robertson and Fred Wood.
The family is grateful to all the dedicated caregivers at Simcoe Manor Nottawasaga Unit for their care, compassion and support over the years.
A private family service will be held at Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton. Private interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
