Very sad to hear of Mac’s passing. Met Mac at many races in Toronto and surrounding area. Also have a great memory of a 60’s dance with a lot of our friends in which we all got dressed up and celebrated the 60’s.

Mac was a caring, compassionate man and will truly be missed by many of his friends.

My most earliest and meaningful memory of Mac was when he came to visit with Dave. The visits helped Dave’s days go by in more comfort in knowing someone cared enough to take time out and have a chat with him.

Both Margaret and I have very heavy hearts at the passing of our very dear friend ‘Mac’.
I have known ‘Mac’ for over 30 years and have got to know him very well over the last ten. One could not find a more kind and compassionate man who bore his own trials and tribulations with much courage whilst always being there to support others in their time of need. We will miss him so much, especially our sometimes more than daily phone calls.

I am sorry to hear of Mac’s passing – I know of Mac from working with him and Nelson in years past on the Run for Health for Peel Memorial Hospital Foundation. He was a very humourous and kind man and I enjoyed working with him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
