Suddenly at Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, November 14, 2013, Lynda Margaret Verconich, Bolton, cherished wife of Roger Moore. Devoted mother of Jenna. Loving sister of Lui and Nancy, Bruno, Frank and Deanna. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Dear daughter-in-law of Miriam Moore. Loving sister-in-law of Richard and Lianne.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2 – 5 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Monday morning, November 18 at 10 o’clock.
Interment Beechwood Cemetery, Toronto.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

It was with shock, sadness and grief to learn of Lynda’s passing. Our thoughts and sympathy are with Roger, Jenna and Lynda’s family and friends. Her laughter and joy in life were spontaneous, her compassion for others genuine, and her generosity of spirit instinctive. During our early years at work, Lynda would drive over, and we would walk my dogs, sharing our doggy stories and animal welfare concerns. Memories that I will always hold dear.

I just learned about Lynda’s passing. I’m so very sorry to hear about your loss; this is such a tragedy. Lynda was full of life every time I saw her. She was an amazing lady and a wonderful Mom to Jenna. I always loved our chats when she would pick Jenna up from the Bolton YMCA.

Lyn and I became friends during my 13 years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts – Lynda’s second family. Her friendly nature and unmatched wit often brightened my days!
