Member of Peel Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 468, Caledon East for 60 years
Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, September 2, 2010, Lyman Steele Snell, Caledon (Sandhill), in his 83rd year, beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of David Snell, Caledon; Brian and his wife Patti Snell, Tottenham. Cherished grandfather of Brandon, Brittney and Hannah. Dear brother of Hilda and Murray (deceased) Innis.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday morning, September 6 at 11 o’clock. Interment Providence Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 12013 Stn BRM B, Toronto M7Y 2L3.
Masonic Lodge service will be held Sunday evening at 6:30 o’clock.

My condolences to Brian and David. Many fond memories of your Dad sitting under the compressor in the milkhouse. That is the way I will always picture him. We had some nice conversations over the years.

Lyman was quite a character. He often shared memories and was obviously so proud of his family. There was always news of something happening on the farms or events that the grand children were involved with.
Our thoughts and condolences are with you all at this sad time.
We were deeply saddened by the news of the death of Lyman. Jack & I would like to say how sorry we are and that you will be in our thoughts.
