Peacefully, with her family by her side, at Bethell Hospice, Inglewood, on Friday, August 10, 2018, Louise Marion Lapka, beloved wife of Anthony Spagnol. Loving mother of Jody and Kim, Brent and Janet. Cherished Nana of Sarah, Samantha, Carisa, Megan, and Nicholas. Dear daughter of the late Gladys and Dmytro Lapka. Dear sister of David and his wife Linda Lapka. Fondly remembered by her cousin Adam LaRochelle. The family would like to thank the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Hospital for their excellent care and compassion. Private funeral has taken place. Interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 75, Inglewood L7C 1H4.
