Condolence from Helen Douglas & children on June 3rd, 2011 1:23 pm

Dear Ross & family:

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy at the passing of your beloved Lois. She was a wonderful, sweet lady, and we are truly saddened by her passing. Bill thought the world of her, as well, and I will always remember the fond memories he related to me about her. I wish I could be there with you next saturday, but I have a family wedding I must attend in London, and so I will miss this final tribute to a wonderful woman. My thoughts and prayers will be with with you then, as they are now. God bless and be strong, I know your pain. Love always, Helen Douglas

Condolence from Derek, Susan, Georgia and Jamie Irwin on June 7th, 2011 2:43 am

Dear Ross and family,
We would like to extend our deepest condolences at your loss. Lois was truly a wonderful woman, and a great inspiration to all of us in how to enjoy life despite the hurdles it throws at you. The obvious love and devotion between you was equally inspiring, and we hope that memories of it will sustain you and help all of the family to help each other through this difficult time. Georgia and Jamie were always very happy to see her, both in Florida and at home, and want to send their hugs to you and let you know just how highly they thought of Lois.
We’re very sorry that we won’t be able to attend the memorial service, as we are currently still in China, but know that we are thinking of you and sending you our best wishes.
Love, the Irwins
