Years ago I bought our fresh farm eggs from his grandmothers farm and remember Lee as a happy little boy playing in the kitchen in the care of his aunt Versal, while she prepared meals for the whole family, and how Lee became a handsome husband, father and grandfather

Patti , & family, & to the Hendry family, we send our sincere condolences for your loss. Lee was such an easy going, happy guy, & we were heartbroken to have heard he took ill, & after a brief fight, lost the battle. Dan cherishes the close friendship they developed through the years at Wanderosa, & was so happy to have just spoke to him on his recent birthday via texting, & Lee was determined then, to be out of the hospital soon & back home again, & as always said, ” it is what it is”. Cherish the great memories he left you,, & know he will always be with you. May he rest in peace.

Hi Wanda, I extend my deepest sympathy to you and family. May he rest in peace.
I’ve known Lee as his nurse for the past year or so during his multiple visits to Brampton Civic Hospital. It makes me extremely sad to know that I will no longer see him and his bright smile.
Lee was a fighter and a strong man. He has been through so much and now I can say that he finally can be at peace.
I will miss his presence on our unit immensely. His amazing personality, cheerful attitude despite all odds, and funny sense of humour will always be remembered.
I would like to pass the condolences of all the nurses and staff on our unit on to Lee’s family. He will not be forgotten.
Patti and Girls, Wanda (Tim) and girls, Scot and family, Our sincere condolences to you all and know that we are always here for you!
Lee was a great friend, which all started living just down the sideroad from each other, going to cubs together, riding our bikes-riding our quads-causing trouble-going on fishing trips to camping with our families and so much more. He was a great man and we will miss him so much.
Everyone can say they have a friend during each stage of their life but only lucky ones have the same friend in all stages of life. I did!
Until we meet again buddy!
