Condolence from Don Cameron on December 30th, 2024 6:09 pm

Hi Len,
I will leave it to you to explain my absence from the service.
If there was ever an example of a neighbour Larry was it. We built sheds and fences together. He liked a fences -said it made good neighbours. Larry spent time up north with me framing floors and anything else that we could think of.
We explored his property as well. He was proud of his acreage and the house and the privacy it provided he and Alice. He was a true outdoorsman.
He had many tales to tell and of course one liners. One of his favorites was watching an old fellow trying to put a ring in a pigs nose. It was likely a tall tale but he could get laughter every time he told it.
I remember his two tone blue Dodge 3/4 ton pickup when I moved in beside he and Alice. I thought there is a guy that likes nice looking trucks.
He enjoyed Debbie’s company all the time as well. He would always say “now bring Debbie with you” . There are many stories I can recall and all leave me with a smile.
It was a pleasure to be Larry’s neighbour.
Until we meet again Larry,
Don and Debbie, Matt and Rebecca

Len, Howard and Danny, Uncle Lawrence will be missed. Such a sense of humor that runs in the family. He is now back with Alice. Sorry I can not be there for the services as I am now in Nova Scotia. My thoughts are with you and your family during this time of mourning. He had a great long life and was a wonderful man. Your cousin Vince.

Condolence from James and Wilma Clarke on January 2nd, 2025 4:56 pm

James and I were sorry to hear that Larry had passed away, but he always talked about Alice, so our prayers are that they are together now. Larry was a great neighbor and always had something cheerful to say. James fondly recalls sitting in the garage with Larry talking about all sorts of things, cold beverage in hand. Larry will be missed in the neighborhood.
