An amazing gentleman . Looked forward to having coffee with him at the Cheltenham store in the mornings. He was a wealth of knowledge. The place will never be the same without him. He will be sorely missed .

Very sad to hear of Kens passing. Ken was a true gentleman. Whether it was walking the dog or stopping for coffee at the store, he always took the time for a chat. He would share a story or a joke , always followed by his friendly grin. He always made you feel like he was happy to see you. A very genuine man. He will truly be missed.

Please accept my warmest condolences. I am truly sorry for your loss. Ken touched so many lives in the best way possible. I am grateful I got the chance to know him as both a colleague and friend.

A man who was so proud of his family and certainly bragged about them. Kenny was always available for a chat and coffee at the General Store and he will be so missed.
Over the last years Kenny was a great friend to Jimmy Taylor who passed a few months ago. Kenny and Jim spent hours talking and making stuff in Jim’s Workshop. His presence here was always welcome. Kenny’s smile was one that was. See. Whenever seeing Kenny…A great man and I was fortunate to call him my friend…love to his family.

When we lived in Cheltenham, we regularly met up with Ken as he was out for a walk through the village or at the general store. He was a friendly neighbor who always had a smile and time to chat. He will be greatly missed.

Ken always walked. And he always chatted up a storm with me while out walking, from the very first days we moved to Cheltenham 24 years ago. I have vivid memories in our first years here, driving home from some party or what, at maybe 2 am, and passing Ken walking his dog on Mill St…. and thinking… “What the ……..!!?”

And I remember when our son Marcus was born, Ken came over with a real kids size “Davey Crocket ” raccoon tail hat for him “….. a kid growing up in the country gotta have a coon hat…” Crazy fun idea to get as a gift!!

And I remember the many motorcycle outings I joined Ken and friends on, a few hours loop ride, just for the heck of it. How he loved to ride his motorcycles!!

Ken had a zest and spark for life that made you take notice! It was so SO refreshing to have Ken in our lives, in our community and to keep him in our memories.
