Peacefully in his sleep, at his home on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, Ken Rich, Palgrave, at the age of 102 years, beloved husband of Florence. Loving father of John, Kendra, Philip, Jennifer, Michael (deceased). Dear step-father of Darryl. Proud grandfather of Shona, Sarah, Christopher, Allison, Danielle, Jennifer-Amanda, Beverley, David, Michelle, and Brandon. Cherished great-grandfather of six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday evening 5 – 8 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday morning, October 27 at 11 o’clock. After a reception at the funeral home, interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave.

I am very sad to hear of your loss. I always admired, loved, and respected Ken. Ken was incredible and truly admirable in so many ways. He will always be front of mind forever to me and to all those who were lucky enough to know him.
You all are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
We extend our love and prayers to Flo and Ken’s family. We fondly remember Ken’s lovely smile and Godly, gentle spirit. Absent from the body is to be present with our Lord.

Ken was always one of a class of men that I call “real gentlemen”. It was an honour to have known him and he will surely be missed. I pray that the Lord will be generous with his comfort to Flo and the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Florence and family at this time. Ken was always a thoughtful and caring person who remember as one person said as a true Gentleman in every sense on the word. Yesterday Scott remembered being your ring bearer when he was about 5! Eileen, Ron, Scott and Andrew will keep you all in our prayers.
We offer our sincere condolences to Flo and his extended family on the loss of a man who lived a long and interesting life. We have thought of Ken and Flo often since we moved from Caven and Bolton. When we had our annual visits with the Robertsons we always were updated on and marvelled at them both.
You have been a wonderful caregiver Flo and now may you find a time for rest and reflection on two lives well lived.
