Jaqueline, Joanne, Russel and all family,

I was very sorry to hear about Kathleen’s passing.

We go back a long way. We went to Bolton Public School together and then Brampton District High School. I used to ride my bicycle past your family home, to and from B.P. School. I can remember stopping for a refreshing drink of water, and a rest, at the well that was located across the road from your home. In those days, the new King Road had not been constructed.

Deepest Sympathy,
Paul

Deepest Sympathy to Jaqueline, JoAnne and Russell. I knew Kathleen, Jaqueline and Russel from Brampton District High School and Bolton United Church Young Peoples’ Group.I was JoAnne’s piano teacher for a number of years.

Sorry to hear about Kathleen passing. Remember her from a LONG time ago when we first came to Bolton and JoAnne and I became good friends in grade 7 and 8 and then highschool. I was often at the farmhouse.
Sincerely.

To Jackie, Russ and Joanne, Ted, Hugh and Marnie,

I did find Kathleen’s N.B obituary on line sometime after her death and hoped to attend the Celebration of Life in Ontario. Sadly, I didn’t see the notice on the Egan web site until Monday so missed the opportunity.

I arrived at Bolton P.S. in September 1952 (we lived next door) from England and my friendship with Kathleen began.
One big memory is of my sister Gillian and I going to chop down Christmas trees with the Robertson children -Kathleen wielding the axe! A very cold and tiring day ending with angry parents.

Our family moved to Brampton in 1957 but our friendship continued for decades. We visited back and forth to
her homes in Toronto, Mono Mills and Oakville. Sadly we lost touch as our careers became more demanding and the last time we met was at her Mother’s funeral.

I’ve been thinking of you over the past year Ted, as my grandson Logan has enrolled at Western in Business with studies in Airport Management.

Love and best wishes to you all,
Angela
