John I am so sorry to learn of Judy’s death. She is truly and deservedly admired. I know she was part of your success and a calm presence and central to your family. It is a loss many of us feel but cannot express. I wish I could be at the service but must be in court to do closing at trial. We are thinking of you at this difficult time. Rob Bell

Condolence from Norm Letalik on April 27th, 2023 6:34 pm

Judy brought light into every room she entered. I fondly remember the trips I took together with John and Judy to London to visit clients and entertain them at dinners. Judy always livened discussions and added her warmth and sunny disposition to make every evening a memorable event. She truly was “the hostess with the mostest”.
Knowing that we had busy schedules going from client to client, when we got back to the flat we rented, Judy always had some delicious snacks waiting for us that she had found at Harrods or Harvey Nichols.
Every day was a new fun adventure if Judy was part of it.
I will miss her infectious smile and welcoming spirit.

John

Johanna and I are so sorry for your loss.

Like Norm, I had the great pleasure of travelling with you and Judy to London on a couple of occasions. She was so much fun and so very kind to me as the junior lawyer tagging along being introduced to your many long time Lloyds contacts. It was clear that the clients and spouses held Judy in such high regard and with great affection, as did we all.

Johanna and I will be thinking of you.

Kindest regards

Doug

To all the family
My deepest sympathy for your loss I only knew Judy at the Sorrento but I spoke to her most days about the birds on the pond or the puzzle. I will miss her.

Dear John,

I can’t believe Judy is gone and I didn’t know –
What a wonderful neighbour and friend who contributed so much over the years to our small circle of friends on the 15th. sideroad.
Judy was always positive, so talented and unassuming in her many strengths -a beautiful capable woman.

My utmost sympathy!
