Sandy and Brian: So very sorry to hear of Ernie’s passing. Drove through Nobleton recently so thought I would drive around our old neighbourhood. Of course I thought of Ernie and Olga, Keith and Ann, Cindy, Brennan, Rick, Larry, Tim, Kelly, Christie, and Bruce. I remember the year your families got snowmobiles for Christmas, took all the kids in the neighbourhood for rides. Many great childhood memories. My sympathies for your loss. Laura

Very sorry to read about Ernies passing on the Internet today 9/21/14 while I was searching for his location for a possible visit. He and I worked together at the hydro for 35 years and for two years after we retired as contract inspectors together. He was the kindest, wisest, and the most humble man I have ever met and he and Olga always welcomed Anne and I into their home in Nobleton. My sympathy for the loss of your mighty fine dad Brian, Brennan and Cindy and I can remember how proud and happy he was when you were each born.
