We are very saddened and shocked to learn of Wayne’s passing. It was in April I last saw Wayne he had been over to visit Jack a couple of times which made Jack so happy.
Jack & Wayne worked together at Harris. I got to know Wayne through stories that Jack would tell with Wayne in them regarding work and later came to meet Wayne myself.
Wayne was funny and just told it the way it was. If you didn’t like it to bad!
He always spoke so highly of Chrissy and Beau and with a lot of love.
Memories will help you through this treasure them.
“Death Leaves a Heartache No One Can Heal, Love Leaves a Memory, No One Can Steal”
Rest in Peace Wayne

With a heavy heart I would like to send my deepest condolences to the Munro family and friends.
Thinking back, I recall playing for hours in the dirt behind the Munro house.
The interaction between the three brothers was always comical, sometimes a few brotherly squabbles, sometimes there was a “Well just smarten up”, come from inside the house.
Then it would all roll back around to laughter.
Thanks Wayne for being part of making those memories.
Chris, Marguerite, Trevor and family:

I am sorry for your loss. My introduction to Wayne was when he was a teenager. He was a character, truly a social butterfly with a great sense of humour. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree. He had a kind heart. I am sure he’s upstairs telling dirty jokes. God bless you Wayne. My your hearts be full of good memories, gone but never forgotten.
I send this to my friend Wayne. I will miss you for your wonderful kind spirit.
Your total love for Chris and Beau and all of her family is and was beyond amazingly beautiful to be a part of.
I will truly miss your unique observance of love seeing through your own eyes.
Good bye Captain.
My deepest sympathy to the Monroe family, his wife and son.
Wayne left a lasting impression on everyone he met, everywhere he went. He was kind soul, with his infectious laughter and his teasing ways. I have know you my whole life and you will never be forgotten. Gone to soon.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Thinking of Marguerite, Chris, and your families during this difficult time. Thoughts of Wayne make me smile because of his sly grin and wicked sense of humour, just like his Dad. He always had something to say that made everyone laugh. He brought great joy to his family and friends. You have another angel looking over you.
Since first hearing the news of Wayne’s cancer he and his family have been in our thoughts. The Munros were one of the first families we met when we moved here in 1972. Wayne was four and bonded immediately with Raymond. They have kept their friendship over all the years. I have a book Wayne and Ray made in grade 4 called Mr. Mean. It was written by Wayne and illustrated by Ray. The book was dedicated to their younger brothers Trevor and Jeff.
We will miss Wayne and want you to know – Marguerite, Chris, Trevor and families – that you are in our hearts and in our thoughts.
Marguerite, Trevor & Family.
So sorry to hear of your loss.
Keeping you all in our prayers.
