We are very sorry to hear about the passing of John. He was definitely a very warm person.
He was the Emcee at our wedding, and he had all in stitches. He was a great friend on the golf course and in the curling rink.
He was also someone who enjoyed a dram of good Scotch. I will pour one in his honour.
He will be missed.
Our sympathies to the family.

My condolences to the family of John. We were classmates at RMC and I last saw him at one of our class reunions. I also talked briefly to him about 1 month ago via telephone. He will be missed.

My deepest condolences. John was a kind, generous and thoughtful man who will be greatly missed by family and friends. My Mother, who lives in Scotland, also wishes to pass on her condolences. John took us fishing at a lake at the Petawawa Forestry. Mum didn’t catch anything but had a lot of fun trying.

My condolences to the family from another RMC classmate. I always enjoyed talking to John at our reunions and at at least one chance meeting on Princess Street in Kingston a couple of years ago.

Dear Debbie, Lynn, John David & families
I was very sorry to read about your dad’s death in the NRT.
I remember the good times you all had visiting him when you came home to Deep River.
It livened up the whole street & it was just like old times!
I believe once we had a skunk episode while you were there!
John David, do you remember at the end of school when you & your buddies put some large chairs up on the roof & proceeded to celebrate?

Condolence from Anne Garratt on June 13th, 2016 9:51 pm

My sympathy to you all
