I worked with Joan for a long time in the Deli at Zehrs she always made you smile or laugh even through her own tough times , a joke or two a bit of rough talk a lending hand.Joan was always the life of our department . My last conversation with Joan was at the day program at Vera Davis center. I would say Hi Joan do you remember me ,she stopped looked at me and said ” of course we made a great team in the deli those were good days right Rosemary” I said yes Joan they were gave her a hug and then she smiled at me . I will miss her . So sorry I could not make the funeral I was attending to my dads estate with the lawyers in Windsor on those days. Peace and God’s Blessing at this difficult time . Its been almost a year since you left me. Mom i miss you of every waking moment of every singal day. I so wish i could be with you. Living here is so unbearable without you!
