After a long and courageous battle with cancer, at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Thursday, February 3, 2011, Joan Ann Ackerman, in her 78th year, beloved wife of Bertram Sharpe, Bolton.  Dear mother of Elaine Sharpe and John Cirka, Toronto; Catherine Sharpe and Michael Dillon, Brampton; Christopher and Tara Sharpe, Kitchener.  Loving grandmother of Alexander Cirka, Victoria Low, Emily and Ella Sharpe. 

 The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Sunday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock.  Private family interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton at a later date. 

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Headwaters Health Care Centre Foundation, 100 Rolling Hills Drive, Orangeville L9W 4X9.
