Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Thursday, October 22, 2009, Jean Horak (nee Gwizd), in her 59th year, beloved wife of the late Steve Horak. Loving mother of Richard Gwizd, Tammy and her husband Gary Hazlett. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Amanda Coles, Ryan Coles, and Sasha Gwizd. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) Sunday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday morning, October 26 at 11 o’clock. Followed by cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Dufferin Chapter, P.O. Box 296, Orangeville L9W 2Z7. Condolences for the family may be offered at www.eganfuneralhome.com. The Amaranth Lions Club invite family and friends to attend a Lions memorial service at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m.
