Jane will always be remembered for the fun during our teen years and throughout our lives. No matter how far away we lived from each other, we always managed a luncheon every year with Cheryl and Mary, somewhere in Toronto.

Rest in peace, Janey! Hugs….

Condolences to the rest of the families.

Years ago I met Jane when she lived with Judy In Woodbridge. I loved her dry sense of humour. It was during this time of her life that Jane met Bryan who lived down the street. The rest is history. Judy passed a long time ago and I lost touch with Jane. I was saddened to hear that both she and Bryan had passed.
The other night after dinner and the wine bottle was emptied I thought of Judy and Jane’s tradition to drop the empty wine bottle over their shoulder onto the floor. It is hard to believe so many years have passed since those days when we were all young.

Condolence from Connie Wilson on April 23rd, 2015 6:55 pm

Dear Gwenna and family.
I was so sorry to hear about Janie. She was way too young. I have been scanning old photos and you, and especially Janie, keep showing up. The Sloans were a big part of our lives. I know I didn’t see you very often, but I do think of you. I can’t make it tomorrow but you are in my prayers. Connie Wilson.
