Condolence from Phil Gibbs on December 23rd, 2016 9:51 pm

It was with great sadness that I learned of James’ passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences in the hope that in a small way it might help through this sad time.
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with James while at Peel Memorial Hospital. Jim was a kind and gentle man who always went out of his way to help others. He is remembered with fondness.
With sympathy,

Phil Gibbs
