Condolence from Carol Kidd (former Executive Director of Caledon Meals on Wheels on January 16th, 2017 11:08 am

I first met Jim many years ago when the Helping Hands Volunteers of The Davis Centre were planning a wedding shower for Jack Gardiner. Jim had been chosen as Jack’s ‘Best Man’ so I had contacted him to enlist his help with the guest list for the shower. What a lovely and fun loving man, who I eventually also came to know in his role of volunteer with Caledon Meals on Wheels. Jim was always up for a joke and a smile and was a true and loyal friend to many of the clients he visited and to all his neighbours and friends at the Glasgow Road apartments. He touched a great many lives and left so many wonderful, joyful memories. My sincere and deepest condolences to all his family of whom he spoke so proudly.
