FOREVER LOVED, ALWAYS REMEMBERED

Jake’s twenty short years provided endless joy and adventure for our family and friends. He touched many lives. It is with profound sadness we say good-bye and good ride.

The family will receive friends at Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Tuesday, March 2nd from 3 – 7 p.m.. There will be a Tribute to an amazing Cowboy, Jake Walker, in the chapel on Wednesday, March 3 at 2 p.m.. Cowboy hats, jeans and boots are welcome.
