I feel horribly about this loss of such a great person. I only had the privilege of meeting Jake once but he made me laugh and smile so much in the short time I spent with him. He was one of the most positive, bubbly people I’ve met and he brightened my mood as soon as I walked into the same room as him. It sickens me to think that his life and friendship has been taken from so many of my closest friends who knew him so much better than I did. I wish I had the chance to get to know Jake better and regret that I never did. Rest in peace Jake, you will be remembered by so many people that you may not have even remembered yourself. There’s now a charismatic, beautiful, glowing angel watching down on all of us from heaven.

words cant describe how much i miss you. Im still in complete shock that your gone. You are the one that gave me faith and help me keep my head up high when travis passed. We stayed up till 4 am talking about useless stuff :'( you were an amazing guy and you have left leaving as a legendary and i promise to see you again i love you jake forever life ♡

Simple words cannot express my heartbreaking sorrow towards Jake’s untimely passing.

To his family, and especially Judy and Denise, Jake often spoke of his undying love towards you two, and I hope it’s his free spirit, beauty, and unapologetic quest for happiness that he will be remembered for.

To Jake’s friends, if you were close to Jake you know how much having a good time and living life with no regrets was a huge part of his personality. Although we should always remember the good times, we should also realize that we are not immortal.

I am still in shock about the passing of Jake. I feel
for His family. I can’t even imagine the pain you all must be going through. Jake was very well known and liked by many. I am so thankful I had the privilege in meeting and knowing him. Charlie was dear friends with Jake and will miss him terribly. My prayers go out to family and friends of Jake .

I cant believe whats happened to my family my first grandson jake he was born in my house bob and judy hearts are broke if I could take his place no questions ask hes to young he had to much life left they say time heals well I hope so because I have a empty heart now I hope his dad and mom and sister know I love them jake gramma loves you to the moon and back

My condolences to Judy and Denise and the rest of Jake’s family. I had known Jake for years and we haven’t talked in awhile but I always cared for him and he was a good friend to me throughout the years. I’m so sorry this has happened and I’m still in shock and am having a hard time believing that it’s real. He was a good kid and a good person, and he will be missed by so many.

Jake even though it’s been awhile since we have spoken to one another or have seen each other, I will miss you and I will remember the good times we had. Goodbye old friend, you were too young to leave so soon, but you are in a better place. <3

So profoundly sorry for your loss. The last time I saw Jake he was smiling and joking with the other youth at the centre. Such a beautiful boy, such a tragic end. Sleep with the angels Jake…You will be sadly missed.

I only met Jake once but he left a lasting impression he really clicked with my daughter they have a lot in common and she is very saddened by his death. Judy, Denise, and family. Jake was a wonderful young man. I have known the family since I was little. My heart hurts for the family. I loved watching him grow into the wonderful young man he became since grade 9. Jake had such a big heart and would go above and beyond to help anyone, even if he wasn’t a big fan of them, he loved to make people smile, and no matter how hard they were trying not to smile, he always seemed to get a smile out of them. That is what Jake was all about and thats how i will remember him. My condolences go out to all of Jake’s family and close friends. Rest in paradise beautiful. Gone, but never forgotten ! <3

Jake u will be so greatly missed by everyone. We love u so much. I will really miss the times that u would come home and sneak into bed with dave and i, and sleep in the middle of us .lol. I had the privilege getting to know Jake through his time at The Door, He Often carried a smile with him everywhere he went. The few times he got in trouble he handled it with grace and understanding. I had the joy of having some great conversations with Jake. I have been praying for his friends and family everyday after learning of this great loss. Jake will be missed by many, because he made a positive impact on many.
