It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Jack on Monday, August 24, 2009, in his 66th year, beloved husband of Linda (nee Stokes) and the late Tina. Beloved father of Matthew (Matt) and his wife Kim. Cherished grandfather of Ryan Barth. Loving stepfather of Kyle Stokes. Loving son of Barbara and the late Philip Barth. He will also be missed by his brother Frank and his niece Jocelyn. The family will receive their friends at Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Saturday September 19, from 12 noon until time of memorial service in the chapel at 2 o’clock.
