It is with great sadness that Jack’s family announces his passing, after a very brief illness, on September 24, 2009 at the age of 81. Predeceased by his wife Ruth (Lee), he will be deeply missed by his daughters Cathy (Doug McClure), Janis, and Sharon (Rob Birks). Jack was the proud grandfather of John, Jamie, and Nancy McClure; Laura and Brad Usher; Matthew (Angela), NataLee, and Mitchell Birks. Jack also leaves behind his sister June (Jim Vint) and companion Marlene. Jack was an employee of Kodak Canada for 40 years, an avid golfer, and an active member of the King City Senior’s Centre. A private family burial will take place. There will be a celebration of his life on Monday, October 12, 2009 from 2:00 pm until 4:00pm at the Board of Trade Country Club – 20 Lloyd Street, Woodbridge.
