Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne, on Saturday, December 14, 2013 Ilse Declerc, in her 79th year, beloved wife of the late Joseph Declerc. Loving mother of Denise Declerc-Leroux and her husband Roger Leroux. Cherished grandmother of Sean Declerc and his wife Shannon, Julia Declerc-Leroux, and Justin Leroux.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Wednesday morning, December 18 from 11 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 12 o’clock. I read this evening that your grandmother had died. I was deeply touched by how you told me the story of your relationship with her and how special she was to you. You were a great blessing in her life – as she was in yours. Know that you, Shannon, and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

If I had known sooner, I most definitely would have been there with you today. I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mother/ Oma was indeed a lovely soul. I am glad to have known her. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all at this time. And love always.
