Not everyday do you come across a gentle yet passionate soul such as Iain. I had the privilege to work with him on many projects during my 28 years at Purolator. The news of his passing has left me stunned. I can only imagine how it has affected his loved ones.

My deepest condolences to Robin & family during these toughest of days. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Peace and love.

Dave and I would like to say how sorry we are to hear such news. It has been such a shock for every one especially Jimmy and Margaret who had to make that return journey home under such awful circumstances. Our love to you all.

Condolence from Susan Munn on August 2nd, 2018 1:58 pm

My deepest condolences to you Robyn, and your family. Iain was a gentleman and a wonderfully supportive colleague to me and many others at Purolator. He was extremely dedicated and passionate about his job but his face would lit up when he spoke of his family and his interests outside of work. I had the pleasure of working with him for over two years but remained in touch. He always had a humourous story, delivered with quick wit and that Scottish accent. His loss to you and your family is so tragic. His loss will also be felt to many others in the Purolator family and outside in the community. You remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Robin, please know how terribly sorry we are for your loss. I have fond memories of Ian signing at our sorority parties, and what an amazing sense of humour. He was so well respected, what a tragic loss. My prayers are with you and may his memory live on in your children.

We were two very young ladies who stood up for each other at our respective weddings. I remember you and Iain were so positive and hopeful. From the comments I am reading before mine I can see you have had a wonderful, fulfilling life together. I also lost my partner in life, just last year. I will just say that I am thinking of you and wish only for you to take care of yourself during this difficult time.
