Hal had a keen business sense and totally impressed me many years ago ,prior to his Bolton franchise, that he was the buyer for all of the McDonalds restaurants in Canada. Hal was a very interesting man who had many wonderful life experiences.

I don’t know what to say. It’s probably been 35 years, but I can still remember Hal treating me like I was his son when I was 15 years old. He always made you feel welcome and could always make you laugh. In fact, Hal got me my first real job that allowed me to pay my way through university.
