Condolence from Terry Wiegard on October 10th, 2012 2:56 pm

I’m saddened to hear this.

Dad was a cool guy. Great coffee. Awesome lawn. “Nice fire, dad!” The two of you always allowed we young fellows a generous welcome to your home. Good people to grow up around. Thank you both for all of that.

My condolences for your family’s loss.

Condolence from Roger and Barbara Murray on October 10th, 2012 6:37 pm

They didn’t come much more special than Grant. A wonderful neighbour with a sharply honed sense of humour for the offbeat. Both Grant and Lenora have been part of our extended family for 36 years. We are going to miss him dreadfully.

Loved by so many, Grant’s dry wit, distinct laughter and delight in telling stories of his family’s adventures will remain with us. I will always remember him contentedly working in the beautiful Grams backyard…in his signature rubber boots. Sending you all loving thoughts and deepest condolences.

Condolence from Philip King on November 20th, 2012 1:51 pm

So sorry about your loss. (Since moving to Toronto I’m a bit out of the loop.) I’ll always remember Grant as a smart, motivated, kind man. He always exhibited that famous Western trait, “more enthusiasm.”

I don’t doubt you miss him, but I also don’t doubt he’s in your heart forever.

All my best, from an old Caledon friend, Phil King

Condolence from Bill Giamou on August 11th, 2013 8:20 pm

Please accept my belated condolences. I happened to Google the Grams family name and came across Mr. Grams’ obituary. I knew the Grams family from way back in the early 70’s when Mrs. Grams would scold Randy, Wynette, Deldyn and I for knocking golf balls up against the family sedan. I remember Mr. Grams as one of the tallest and most impressive people I have met. He was intelligent and had a quick dry wit that made me laugh and quiver at the same time. The Grams Family were the BEST people on the planet as they always made me feel welcome in their home and at their dinner table. So sorry we have lost touch, I will never forget the impact you have made on my life.

Condolence from Barbara Himel on July 25th, 2016 11:53 pm

Lenora and family, I was reminiscing with Judy and Paula a couple of weeks ago – and – decided to try to find you. I googled Grant’s name and found this. I was so sorry to read that he passed away in 2012. Since it has been a few years, you might not even see this. You have a wonderful – and big family. I would love to catch up with you. We have so many memories when our kids were young. If you are still living in Bolton, perhaps I will be able to reach you.
Please accept our (very belated) condolences.
Lots of love to you and your entire family
Barbara
