The family of Gordon (Jim) Taylor, would like to share his passing on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, in his 86th year, beloved husband of Freda Henderson for over 63 years. Devoted father of Gordon and Carmen Taylor, Brenda Wolfowich and Gary Peer. Much loved and respected grandfather of Stacey and Ely Anbar, Christina and Kaitlyn Taylor. He leaves them with wonderful memories and stories of CN Rail, stocks and RRSP’s, buttertarts, and walking to school uphill both ways in winter! He will also be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his brother Norman and Lois Taylor of Palgrave, and is now content and at peace playing euchre with siblings Jeremiah, Elwood, Edith and Stanley. Jim will also be remembered by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes you to join them in a celebration of his life on Monday afternoon, February 21 at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) from 12:30 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
