Ginesio was a simple good hearted loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a man who lived each day to its fullest. Ginesio had a tremendous love for his family, animals, and nature. No spare moment was wasted, no spare day went unworked.
Throughout his life, he endeavored to bring joy and happiness to those around him. Work was his passion; he never complained, nor was he ever too tired to work. Although his work legacy speaks for itself, one resounding trait of his was stalwart honesty and dedication to his family.
Ginesio was born in San Vito al Tagliamento, Italy to Antonio Favot and Ida (Battiston) Favot, one of 17 children. Ginesio is survived by his beloved wife Armida, his cherished children Sandro, Gabriella, and Frank and (Rossana), and his precious grandchildren Christina and Daniella who will sadly miss his ever presence.
The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street South (Hwy. 50), Bolton on Tuesday afternoon 2-4 and evening 6-8 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Wednesday, January 18 at 12 o’clock noon. Private family entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.
