Roy & Edna Wright.
Gary, Wayne and I are so very sorry to hear of your Father’s passing. We have heard so many good stories from Scott over the years and know he was well loved and a loving person. It seemed like he lived his life to the fullest so hope those good times will help to ease this time of great sorrow.
Our thoughts are with you and your family.
To my dear family: I’m so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Uncle Fred, whether it was him while hosting corn roasts in summer, hosting us as guests in his home when we visited on vacation, or during his visits to Newfoundland. Rodney remembers the time he took him out cod fishing and it got a little rough. They still managed to get to Bell Island for a feed of fish and chips, and make it back to Port de Grave safely in the boat. Uncle Fred was a good man and you’ll miss him dearly. You were very blessed to have him in your life. Mom and I were so fortunate to have celebrated his birthday at his party this summer. We wish to send you comfort and strength at this very difficult time.
Cathy and Rodney Bussey

He may have not been my grandfather but he sure was a close one to me, he was apart of my relationship to his grandson Ryan, he was the best grandfather for Ryan. He was always there for us. He was a truly remarkable man, always such a hard worker. He will be truly missed in my heart. We will also be there for his wife (Ryan’s grandmother Judy) during this time.
Fred was not only a wonderful man but a dear friend to everyone he surrounded with. I will hold his kindness & spirit close to my heart. Wishing all the family strength, comfort and peace.
So sorry for your loss . My thoughts and prayers are with you .

Bente and I really enjoyed seeing how excited and happy he was with the huge gathering of people who attended his 85th birthday. We were honoured to be invited.
May the fond memories of Fred’s kindness ,humour and love of people carry you through these difficult times.

Sending our Condolences to all the Woods Family.
We were very fortunate to have spent some time with you all this past summer at Freds birthday party.
My condolences to the Wood Family.
I met Fred almost 30 years ago when I moved to Caledon East from UK. He was recommended as the local painter and he (and Gary) have done work for us ever since. During his very first job for us he was kind enough to invite us and our very young family to his summer corn party and my parents were visiting from the UK and he said that they should come along, the more the merrier! My parents were very grateful for the kind hospitality and Fred would always ask after them when we met us.
Fred was always open to be interrupted from his work for a chat, and a beer after work as long as it was a Friday.
God bless you Fred, you were one of the “good ones”
Aunt Judy, Wendy, Jackie, & Gary

Sincere condolences to Judy and family! Fred was an amazing man and probably the best painter I’ve known . . He always liked a conversation and often visited Bill’s parents Joan & Bill Charboneau ( his neighbors) for a cocktail before dinner. He often came to deliver Avon and for good chat with us.
So sorry for your loss.
