To Aunt Sophie and family.
Please accept our condolences onUncle Fred’s passing.
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time of dispair as we know how it feels to lose loved ones who mean so much to us.
Even though I only knew Fred as a youngster and lived miles apart for most of his life I have fond memories of him visiting Mom and Dad when we lived in Thunder Bay.
I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Condolence from Liz (Turner) Bortolussi on August 12th, 2017 5:07 pm

Sophie & family,
It only seems like yesterday that Jackie & I were seated at the table with you & the boys ready for one of your delicious meals & you would be excited about going down to visit Fred when his ship was in, but he could not come ashore. That Lake Superior air must have done him a lot of good because he certainly lived a long life. I think of you guys often, but am afraid in my mind the boys are still at the “rug rat” age!
What a sad way to discover just how grown up they are. My thoughts & prayers are with you all. Sincere condolences.
