Peacefully, at Dufferin Oaks Home for the Aged, Shelburne, on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, Ellis Hambleton, Orangeville, in his 85th year, beloved husband of the late Leona Lawson. Loving father of Natalie Hambleton, Darlene and Stuart Yamamoto, Marlene Parkhurst, Terry and Judy Hambleton. Cherished grandfather of Shawn, Shane, Pamela, Michael, Kim and Becky. Fondly remembered by his great-grandchildren Cole and Austin. Predeceased by sisters Eleanor, Myrtle, Eunice and brother Rowe. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) Thursday evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, February 12 at 11 o’clock. Spring interment Greenwood Cemetery.
