Peacefully, at her home, Bolton, on Sunday, February 19, 2023, Elena Colonna, at the age of 90 years, beloved wife for 66 years of Antonio Colonna. Loving mother of Domenica and her husband Antonio Sanzo, Luciano and his wife Agnes Colonna, and Vincenzo and his wife Helen Colonna. Cherished Nonna of Cristina Sanzo Ortega and her husband Jaliet Ortega Acosta, Anthony and his wife Sarah Sanzo, Caroline Colonna, Olivia Colonna, Connie and Vincent Colonna. Proud Great-Nonna of Rose Sanzo, Luna Sanzo, Gisela Ortega, Camila Ortega. Dear sister of the late Pio, Pietrina, Malfalda, and Luigi Tomei.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Thursday from 4 – 8 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Friday morning, February 24 at 11 o’clock.
Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 7300 Hwy. 27, Woodbridge.

Love you Nonna, I will miss you greatly, I remember the times you made me laugh and how you never forgot about us, she made one of the best pasta sauce I ever had and always made her laugh, you came to me to say goodbye in spirit and I thank you for that.
